The 3-Phase Dietary Program for Overall Health Improvement:

Phase 1 Cleansing—Garden of Eden 3-10 Day Cleanse/Fast

In this program you consume fruits that have the seeds in them, because seedless watermelon, seedless grapes, seedless oranges are not compliant with Genesis 1:29.

Eat only perennial fruits and vegetables.

Phase 2 Daniel Diet (aka Daniel Fast)

10 days of eating plant food— nuts, seeds, grains, fruit, and vegetables. We don’t know if Daniel just ate sprouts or if he ate anything that was sprouted, which would be all fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, and seeds. Churches are very interested in the Daniel Diet especially in January.

Phase 3

This is your lifetime diet. Add free range animal products; they type of diet eaten after the flood. It involves fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains, legumes, and animal foods that are called clean, according to Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy. Animal products would be free range and organic—no hormones, antibiotics.
